A quiet, friendly, safe, drug-free place to live. All lots are cared for by the owners who live on-site, there are security lights, trees for shade, and flowers planted for natural beauty - fresh air and sunshine abound. We live within the city limits of Sulphur and are conveniently located to grocery stores, pharmacies, Wal Mart, hospitals, restaurants, and places of business. Shift workers are welcome and we try to work around their schedules for mowing if we are notified about their schedules so as to let them sleep. There are no stinky dumpsters, garbage is picked up in front of your own lot for convenience once a week.
