Do not live here!!!!
“This is an absolutely horrible place to live. I would warn anyone thinking about living here to talk to atleast 4-5 random residents. The two ladies running this place have nothing better to do all day but terrorize the tennants. From minor weeds to landscaping to minor blimishes on your home and even vehicles in your driveway... Which we have only 3 by the way which are used daily. If you want to know what it is like living where someone from the ghetto lived and now became management, then live here. As though children, work, bills, family and home "up-keep" are not enough, they will find something do legally notify you about. My only recommendation is that if you move here be sure you only have 1 child, 1 car and a brand new mobile home, and do not live near management in the park!!!!! Dont take my word for it, don't want to ask the tenants? You were warned. We have dealt with them harrasing us for almost 2 years. Others have moved out because of local management! Oh... And we have ALWAYS paid our rent on time for over 2 years while having to deal with this. DO NOT LIVE HERE! There are better places to live. These 2 ladies run this mobile home park like it is their home. Not other peoples homes”
