We are a peaceful manufactured community located near Castle Rock Lake in Friendship, WI. All of our manufactured homes are tenant-owned (we do not allow renting of mobile homes or rent-to-own agreements) Lot rent is currently $220 per month and includes water, septic, garbage, and winter street cleanup. Utilities are direct-billed through the individual utility companies. As a courtesy, Tenants are allowed access to Castle Rock Lake via a private boat launch across the street. Storage units available across the street. On site pavilion for picnics and parties, playground for children, horseshoe pit, sand volleyball.
