Welcome to Evergreen Mobile Estates, we are located in Montesano Washington, about 10 miles from Aberdeen the Gateway to the Olympics. Lake Sylvia State Park is inside the city limits and features a beautiful forest setting with camping spots, you can fish and canoe on the lake. Evergreen Mobile Estates is very close to Simpson Elementary School as well as Montesano Jr/Sr High School. Montesano is the County Seat for Grays Harbor County, there are abundance of stores, shops and eateries that make it a very friendly hometown type of environment. Within a hours drive you can visit Westport and Ocean Shores which are beautiful Seaside communities.
