Columbia Terrace Estates is an all ages manufactured home community located in Kalama, Washington. We are just 1.5 miles away from the Port of Kalama, which has walking paths along the Columbia River, and the McMenamins Kalama Harbor Lodge – a new restaurant, tap house, and hotel overlooking the Columbia River. We are near the freeway and just 40 minutes north of Portland. There are beautiful views of the rolling hills, colorful trees, and the Columbia River in every direction.
