Ingram Oaks is known by the locals as the most quite and peaceful 55+ manufactured housing community in Texas! Super clean and well kept. We are located in the Heart of Texas. Smack dab in the middle of the beautiful Hill Country on the clean and refreshing headwaters of the Guadalupe River. We opened in 1984 and are 100% full but we are opening a new like-kind community and have plenty of spaces available for new homes. Come on down and check us out.
