The Groves is a community of 60 rental homes. They are 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes and all have 2 bathrooms. Most of the homes are 16 X 72 feet, single wide homes with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are about 10 double wide homes and most have 4 bedrooms. Most of the homes have central air and heat. Only 5 older homes have window mounted air conditioners. All homes have individual water meters. Consequently, you are only charged for the water you use.
