Woodburne Estates

Lived in WoodBurne Estates for the last 4 years, my experience here has been nothing but beyond hell. The landlord Ray Nicarry and his daughter Tiffany do nothing but harass and be little their tenants. They snoop around the property at all hours of the night assuming that the tenant is at work, sit in the tenants vehicles, peer into windows late at night. Follow you when you leave the park. You tell them about an issue they laugh in your face about it. Have a friend who’s friends with a former tenant that just recently moved from there who the landlord try pressing harassment charges against him for just helping a friend. This happened on more than one occasion. They try to dictate who you can and can’t have at your home where they can park, and the extra parking provided they have blocked off. They rip you off on the water bill. The park rules and regulations are so contradicting. The false advertise a playground for young children there is no playground. I would never recommend anyone to buy or rent anything from them at all. Would give lower rating in they could give one for zero
