Briarwood Estates is a 55+ living community in Lane County, Oregon. We are proud to have 249 spaces with a gate at each end of our 45-acre property in West Eugene. The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and peaceful, with many paths among green spaces for walking, biking, or riding adult trikes. The streets are wide, and tree lined. In the center of the property, sits a clubhouse with a recreation room that is available for our residents to reserve for their social events, game nights and movie gatherings. Amenities here at Briarwood include a full kitchen, library, billiards room, fitness center, indoor hot tub, outdoor seasonal swimming pool, tennis/ pickleball court and Dog park.
