Spring Valley Mobile Home Park has more than 50+ homes in our community located just outside the city limits of Galion Ohio. We rent mobile home lots for home owners ONLY. WE DO NOT RENT MOBILE HOMES. We rent RV spots year round on a first come basis or by hold with deposit. Mobile Home lots rent for $270.00 a month and include water, sewer & trash pick up once weekly. RV spots rent for $450.00 a month and include water, sewer, electricity and trash service once weekly.
