The Crestview Community is a Land-Lease property renting lots to mobile home owners for a monthly fee. Our lot rent includes water, sewer and garbage facilities, paved streets and parking pads, a natural walking path and a paid pool program. All prospective residents are screened with a Criminal Background Check, references and income information.
