Amelia Estates is a mobile home community conveniently located off state route 125 in Amelia that went under new management late in 2021. The community is currently going through extensive improvements and adding numerous homes that are/will be available for sale. The community features a rural feel with large lots, mature trees, a stocked fishing pond, etc...but all the conveniences (shopping, restaurants, etc...) within a few minutes drive. Amelia Estates aims to provide it's current and future residents with a clean, safe, and affordable place to call home.
