Pacifica SD Management purchased Clearview MHP at the end of 2019, renaming the Park- Pacifica Wendover MHP, LLC. The Park was developed in 1984 with 165 spaces to rent and is currently holding a 92% occupancy. The monthly rent for each space is $410 to which 10 vacant lots are available to move mobile homes onto the property. Pacifica Wendover MHP homes are individually owned and metered for water and sewer and billed directly by the city. W.R.E.C. provides the electricity for the park and is also billed directly to the tenant by the provider. Located just down the road from the Red Garter Hotel and Casino, and walking distance to Smith's Drug and Food as well at the Post office and the three West Wendover schools available in the area.
