Now building out a "safe, sustainable, and affordable housing community" to help the residents of Springfield and Greene County to beat the high rental prices. We can provide you with a 30/50/100 or even a 200 AMP connection for your RV, trailer, or tiny homes/local Amish-built manufactured homes. The lot rent of $295, which includes sewer, water, and trash. Electricity is billed separately as per KWH used by the tenant.
