Timberline Estates is a 302 site mobile home community on East River Rd. We are family owned and operated and offer competitive rental rates that include water, sewer and garbage services. In 2020 we began a major renovation to our community which included upgrades to the community center, installing an exercise facility, and adding additional units to our current storage facility. We have several improvements scheduled for 2021 as well, including a new children’s playground. We are a licensed Fairmont dealer. We buy and sell pre owned homes with financing available.
