Northwoods is owned and operated by Constine Communities, Inc. Surrounded by farmland, Northwoods allows residents to live outside of Owosso, MI while still being a very short distance from schools, shopping, and entertainment. This community has undergone extensive renovations to infrastructure (roads, driveways, drains, etc.) and has a new state-of-the-art water filtration and chlorination system. A new playscape was recently installed for the kids too! This is the perfect location for your family to unwind. Northwoods site rent includes water, sewer, and weekly curbside refuse service. A maximum of two pets are allowed, either cats or dogs, however no aggressive breeds are allowed.
