Niles Pines Estates is a quiet mobile home park nestled in the woods. Rentals are prohibited. Everyone purchases their own home and maintains the lot. Trash, water, and sewage are included. 1 pet is allowed, no more than 25 lbs. for a fee of $10 a month. Service pets are welcome. For an application, please visit the office during business hours. *We are currently full, no empty lots available.
