Maple Leaf is owned and operated by Constine Communities, Inc. This lovely doublewide community is located in Ovid, MI. It boasts an exquisite private lake on the north side of the property that is surrounded by walking trails. Site rent at Maple Leaf includes weekly refuse services. Residents are allowed to have a maximum of two pets, either cats or dogs, however no aggressive breeds are permitted.
