Ball Trailer Park started in 1982 By Darryl & Shirley Ball, keeping with the Ball name they went with a baseball theme for the naming of the areas. There is 1st base, 2nd base, and 3rd base. In total there is 28 mobile home lots and 15 RV which are mostly located at the end of 3rd base for more peace and privacy, 4 of which are pull through & 11 back in. When renting an Rv spot the spots require 50amp electric and amenities include water, electric, sewer, Wi-Fi & trash. Also for long term Rv renters a locked mailbox can be set up on property. In 2016 Darryl and Shirley' daughter Charie and granddaughter Jessica took over as managers
