Lakeview is an all-ages community located in the quaint town of Converse, Indiana, which has shopping and dining within walking distance. ​There is an onsite two acre stocked fishing lake with bass, catfish, and other species available for use by our residents, and a beautiful windmill to keep the water aerated and the fish healthy. We offer brand new Adventure, Clayton, Legacy, and Tru and pre-owned mobile homes from 1 to 3 bedrooms and lot rentals if you prefer to bring your existing home. Homes are available for purchase or rent-to-own.
