Third generation, family run, mobile home, community. All homes are owner occupied. No rentals. Quiet riverfront setting located between downtown Rockford, Illinois and the Chicago Rockford International Airport. We also have a few sites set up for long-term (two+ months) traveling, skilled workers who are living in 5th wheel or travel trailers. Sorry, no RVs allowed, we are not a campground. We try to maintain a quiet, clean, and respectable community.
