Newcastle Park (formerly Nevels Mobile Home Park) is located in Bethalto, IL sitting just behind the athletic fields at Civic Memorial High School. The community is a smaller one, 33 lots, offering a quiet neighborhood feel right in the middle of town. It is very close to shopping and restaurants and also has quite a few RV lots for fifth wheel trailers. We are a 10 min drive away from the Conoco Philips refinery in Wood River.
