New Century Estates is a beautiful and quite neighbor hood to live in. We offer Leasing or financed homes. We will also buy home and put them on our lot. If you have a home you want to move in our Park we will do that also. Our lot rent ranges from $310 to $330 a month. When you lease of finance the lot rent gets added to the amount of the that is established. I am a new manager and I believe in doing things for the kids and I want to get everyone on board.
