Lakeview Ranch Resort is a licensed Manufactured Home Community on the north end of Lake Mattoon in central IL. Every site is a lakefront site in which you may keep your boat free at your dock. Lake Mattoon is a 1050 acre lake and has a boat patrol for security. Mobile homes are owned by residents; however, a very few are offered for sale and may be purchased. Sites are leased for year around. Lakeview Marina is open during summer season and has live bait, food, outdoor living gifts, t-shirts, tackle and ice cream bars. Fishing is great on this lake with bass, crappie, and catfish being the favorites. Bass pro tournaments are held on Lake Mattoon. Cabins are available for 2 plus nights also. Camping available also.
