Plantation Acres Inc “Rent just went up. The notice to them.(90) days if we wish to leave. \nThe dogs went down, the cars went down, the guests went down, the visits from grandchildren went down, and the notice from them went down. (almost 30 days It was post marked on Dec 31) so i guess that counts as a month notice,(NOT) But the mail is slow so we got less then 30 days. \n \nDogs must be gotten rid of, if shepherd husky or mixed with one of these. I understand why they said no dogs from Mick Vic. \n No dogs that get up past 20lbs, but they may let it go on a case by case basis. \nIf you have More than 2 dogs the rest must go. And if you have a dog, you must register the type shots info, and have 50k insurance. (it must cover if my 7lbs dog bites someone). \nI really don’t see it happening because my dog is no longer allowed in the fenced back yard, unless it is on a leash and we are holding the leash. \nAnd no I’m not kidding. \nIf the deem necessary to do any work on our property the fee is $35hr, with this new found fortune they may be able to pay a teenager $6 too clean up the rest of the park. \nAnd this a good only 2 cars per unit, any one come to visit must park in paved driveway, and NOT on the street. \nBUT there are NO driveways here So these people Wont let my mother, mother in law, sister, brothers, or friends come visit unless me or my wife leaves the house so the have a special place to park. \nAnd That isn’t the most messed up thing ever, WE CANT KEEP GRANDCHILDREN ON A REGULAY BASIS, EXPECIALY IF WE GET REEMBERSED FOR ANYTHING. \nId say more but we are still translating the rest, witch includes hiding our garbage can. It can’t be in the front or the backyard, and I don’t know if we can dig a pit to hide it in, so no one can see it. \n”
