Don’t live here! The manager who lives in the back is a horrible person, the idiots in Miami are negligent, crazy cat ladies live here, there’s a guy who stands on his roof half dressed, should have kept the old manager there she was cool and kept things nice, people are always in your business, rumors are spread because of the manager they have who is also on drugs, the place is a dump and unless you’re used to living like that, I wouldn’t suggest it. The places are infested with rats because they took up the old managers traps. Remember the condos that collapsed in Miami? The same owners now own this mobile home park. Stay far away.
