Flowerwood is a residents land owned mobile home park (Coop) 55+ situated in Central St Petersburg, Florida. Please note we do not do any rentals. And since we own the land, no monthly land rental to pay, just the very low maintenance fees for maintenance of pool, grounds and Clubhouse.
