CCM is located on 47 acres along the shore of beautiful Trout Lake and is bordered by the Trout Lake Nature Center to the East. The Park is blessed with over two miles of lake and canals shoreline. Activities are centered around our 8,250 square foot Clubhouse and include bingo, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, dances, dinners, movies, kereoke, exercise room, lending library and a heated saline pool overlooking the lake. Boat docks are available along the Clubhouse seawall. CCM is also close to grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants and is only 1 1/2 mile from historic downtown Eustis and 7 miles from the famous resort town of Mt. Dora. It is also convenient to the Orlando and Sanford airports.
