Hermosa Orchards Village is a small family run Tiny Home community located on 6.5 acres in the beautiful Animas River Valley 8 miles North of Durango, Colorado. We have spaces for owner occupied tiny homes with full utility hookups. Hermosa is a growing area with a mixture of housing densities and open fields surrounded by thousands of acres of National Forest. Dozens of trails are just minutes away. Purgatory Ski Resort is 16 miles North and Durango Hot Springs Resort is 1.5 mile South. The park has ten 36' wide spaces and 12 50' wide spaces ranging from 95' to 135' in length. Each space has room for yards, tree's, landscaping, gardening, picnic tables, etc. Tiny House and Casitas. No RV's or Schoolies.
