** We Are Not An RV Park ** We are a 55 and over community. All homes are owner occupied, we do not offer homes for rent or spaces for RV's/Motorhomes or Travel Trailers. Park amenities include Clubhouse for residents to use for parties, gatherings, and more. Residents can enjoy both swimming pool and jacuzzi (seasonal). We have a Washer and dryer facility, along a storage area for residents to store their R.V's and boats for a monthly fee. Park is under Rent Control; Water, Trash, and sewer are all included in the space rent. We have vacant lot spaces available for your Brand New Home, pending park approval
