Villa Novia Country Estates is a beautiful senior mobile home park located in the south west part of El Cajon. Our community consists of 136 mobile/manufactured homes and we cater to residents ages 55 and up. Some of the parks amenities include a pool, indoor jacuzzi, seperate men's and women's saunas and showers. We also have a Billiard Room, a library, and a large clubhouse with a full kitchen and big screen TV that residents are welcome to reserve for private events or use anytime that it's not reserved. Other amenities on the property are a laundry room, a car wash area, and an RV lot where you can rent a space to store an RV, boat, or trailer.
