78 space Manufactured Housing Community located in the heart of New Encinitas along El Camino Real. We are a 55 and older Community with a Clubhouse, Pool, Whirlpool, Billiard Room, Card Room, Exercise Room and access to a full kitchen for large gatherings. Our community is very unique in that our homes are pit set, so you do not have to deal with stairs and decks like in most manufactured housing communities. This provides an ideal situation to age in place. In 2019 we completed an infrastructure upgrade including new underground utilities and newly paved roads.
