Simplicity at Oasis - We believe everyone deserves an affordable community that feels like family. We are a 55+ Land Lease Community for manufactured homes. Located in Black Canyon City, in the midst of the Baldwin Mountains, and ideally situated about 15 minutes north of Anthem and an hour south of Sedona. The park has available lots and homes for sale.
