Comanche Wells Mobile Home Park is a resident-owned 55+ cooperative community in Tucson, Arizona. Established in 1974 and cooperatively run since 1983, our park features 209 mobile home spaces across 28 acres with fully paved streets and gated entrances for resident safety. Enjoy a wealth of amenities including two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a 6,000 sq ft recreation center, laundry facilities, carwash, RV parking, shuffleboard, and bocce ball.
